TABLE BUYER CONFIRMATION
Thank you for purchasing a VIP Table for the 2019 Kandy Masquerade brought to you by Karma International’s Kandy Events.
We are thrilled to have you as one of our VIP guests. Below you will find the confirmation details and complete VIP access information for this event. These details will be reviewed with you by our VIP Services team.

When you arrive, you will register yourself and your guests at Table Buyer Check-In. You will then be escorted by a host to the Table Buyer Podium, where a hostess will show you to your table.
Upon arrival at Table Buyer Check-In, you will proceed to pick up your VIP TABLE access bands. You must have a valid, government-issued identification card with your picture (ex: driver’s license). Your identification MUST match the name we have on our list. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your name is different, please let us know in advance so we can update our records before the event. Your wristband will be YOUR name only and it is Non-Transferable. There are no "ins and outs", meaning if you leave the party, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
*ALL GUESTS IN YOUR VIP PARTY MUST ALSO HAVE VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION, WHICH WILL BE CHECKED AT THE DOOR.
We strongly recommend you arrive between 9:30pm-10:30pm, however, it is not required. It is imperative that ALL people in your group are on your guest list in advance in case they arrive separately.
If you experience any issues on the evening of the event, please TEXT Katelyn Brown, our Director of VIP Services, with your name and inquiry. This means if you are having issues getting service, redeeming bottles you've pre-purchased, etc, we have Floor Managers on the floor at all times who will be readily available to assist you and ensure you have an excellent evening.
PRE-ORDER YOUR LIQUOR
If you’d like to order additional bottles above and beyond your table package in advance, we will give you $100 OFF your bottle. These orders must be placed prior to Thursday, March 7th, 2019. Please email Katelyn Brown at firstname.lastname@example.org to pre-order additional bottles or request bottle substitutions.
**Please keep in mind ALL bottle purchases are subject to a 20% auto gratuity, onsite and in advance.
